50 Minute Fat Burning HIIT Strength - In this workout, we are doing segments of hiit cardio and segments of strength! Both are going to get your heart rate up, help burn body fat and build lean muscle tissue! This fat burning hiit workout is fast and fun and incorporates elements of strength to bring the heart rate down a bit before we do it all again!
